TOLERASE G is a micro granulated food enzyme preparation containing prolyl oligopeptidase and maltodextrin. TOLERASE G is intended for use as ingredient or digestive aid in food applications, which may contain gluten. TOLERASE G helps break down gluten peptides into smaller peptides and amino acids, reducing gluten immunoreactivity and allowing for improved digestion and absorption of nutrients. TOLERASE G maintains its declared activity for at least 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored in the unopened original container and at a temperature below 15°C.
