As a tocopherol rich extract and ascorbyl palmitate, PHYTROX LT75-IP MB provides antioxidant protection and helps maintain freshness in foods. It contains tocopherols and ascorbyl palmitate which are known to inhibit lipid oxidation and prevent rancidity.
