Concentrated culture in deep frozen pellets, containing a bioprotective single strain of Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris. The culture is meant as direct vat inoculant in combination with a regular acidifying culture in order to help to prevent late blowing at the production of semi hard cheese like Gouda and Edam.
