LUPASOL G 20 WATERFREE is a multifunctional cationic polyethyleneimine with a branched polymer structure. It has a high charge density of 16 meq/g and is miscible with water in all proportions. LUPASOL G 20 WATERFREE exhibits outstanding binding capacities towards divalent metal ions like Zn2+, Hg2+, Cu2+, Pb2+, Ni2+, Cd2+. It can be used as an adhesion promoter for bonding different materials and as a crosslinking agent in coatings and paints. LUPASOL G 20 WATERFREE improves the early rain resistance and durability of finishes. It also enhances the color strength and ease of processing of pigments dispersed with LUPASOL G 20 WATERFREE-based compounds.
