DELVOTEST T 100 AMPULES is a standard diffusion test for the detection of residues of antibacterial substances in food products. The DELVOTEST T 100 AMPULES consists of 100 ampoules each containing a solid agar medium seeded a standardised number of spores of Bacillus stearothermophilus var. calidolactis together with required nutrients for growth purposes and an antifolate trimethoprim. This allows for easy and consistent testing of food products for residues of antibacterial substances like penicillin G, sulfadiazine and oxytetracycline.
